Google Launches New Features For Travelers

Google launched multiple new features last week to make it easier for you to plan your trips. One new feature will help users understand whether flight prices they find during the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years time periods are lower, typical or higher than they have been historically and will also tell you whether the price is likely to increase or drop in the next 5 days. Another feature will score and summarize hotel locations, indicating whether there are landmarks, bars or transportation methods nearby. These updates continue Google's increasing investment into travel tools, following recent improvements such as letting users book flights and hotels directly from Google Search.

Other new features include an update to Google's Your Trips, which will help customers organize their travel plans by collecting all relevant travel information such as hotel research and flight price tracking in one location.
